Ivey Wheat, who was "caught" being good by Mrs. Flemmons, helped the Junior class win the pep rally AND helped her teacher at the end of a long Friday!

Come celebrate our 2025 Seniors before the games!

Mrs. Christian Flemmons "caught" Braxton and Anthony being good on Monday!

Coach Stabler nominated Jillian Key for January Student of the Month, and we couldn't be more proud of her! Congratulations, Jillian!

Congratulations to Tyler Fryar and Kade Lackey! Mrs. Rust "caught" them being good last week when they volunteered to help with a little manual labor.

Shout out to Addison Cox and Kade Braeutigam for being named Farm Bureau Player of the Week! Both high school teams remain undefeated in conference play.

Congratulations to Pottsville High School for being recognized by the Arkansas Department of Education for being in the top 5% of schools in the state in graduation rate and growth in student achievement. Well done!!!

Let the Unified Basketball games begin!

Brooklyn McGuire "caught" Jess Parham being good this week. We think Jess and all our cafeteria staff are good EVERY day, and we appreciate each of them.

Dress up days are the best at PHS! Teachers versus students (when students dress like teachers/teachers dress like students) was our favorite. Please note Coach Stabler's tardy note!

PHS thanks J. Helms for sharing her photography expertise with Mrs. Riley's Marketing students. They'll be helping several local businesses with social media content for the rest of the semester. Mrs. Helms always makes us smile!

Easton Wojtek has been a true friend to our new exchange student, Alessandro Ferrari, and he was "caught being good" introducing Alessandro to the culture of PHS and Pope County, including Waffle House!

Mrs. Kendrick's environmental science students completed an inquiry activity that attempted to answer what percent of oxygen is in the atmosphere. They did a great job!

Congratulations to Mrs. Adkins, our December Teacher of the Month!

Congratulations!

PHS has the best wrestlers and the best fans! And, of course, the best coach! Senior Night 2025

Shout out to Mrs. Riley and Mrs. Kendrick, two teachers that Mrs. Braeutigam “caught” being good. Mrs. Riley created an Excel spreadsheet to track math data and Mrs. Kendrick wrote a grant for new calculators. These teachers offer their time and talent to help PHS students!

Congratulations to Coach Bartlett, the PHS Teacher of the Month for November!

EAST students recently interviewed Mrs. Kelley Klein, the Program Coordinator at EAST Initiative, during her visit to PHS. She expressed her interest in a variety of Pottsville's service projects, all designed to solve community and campus issues.

Prom season is underway, and PHS students have selected "Tangled" for their theme. Mrs. Christian Flemmons ("the Prom Queen") met with juniors and seniors to discuss the dress code and how to join the Prom Google Classroom. Return your signed forms, students!
