Pottsville High School is proud to recognize Emma Vincent for attending Arkansas Civic Leadership Institute (ACLI) Day at the Arkansas State Capitol in Little Rock!
ACLI is a unique program designed to help young women learn about government, leadership, and civic engagement while connecting with state leaders and lawmakers. Through experiences like this, students gain a firsthand look at how decisions are made and how they can make a difference in their communities.
