Championship seasons aren’t built in October—they’re built during summer workouts, early mornings, and countless repetitions. These athletes are putting in the work now so they can achieve their goals later. 🔥👏
And can we take a moment to appreciate the fun of Jersey Day? From favorite teams to favorite players, there were plenty of great choices on display! 😄🏈🏀⚾
We can’t wait to see what this team accomplishes this season. 💛🖤 #OurTribeStory

Mrs. Riley "caught" Carson being good when he held open the door for all his classmates after a scheduled fire drill! Thanks, Carson!

This busy young lady spends countless hours on the basketball court, but she always makes time to tackle challenging coursework and give her best in the classroom, too.
And junior year certainly isn’t slowing her down! Brooklynne is balancing a couple of AP courses, a couple of concurrent-credit classes, and a hectic basketball schedule. Because why make life easy when you can make it interesting? 😂
Brooklynne, we’re proud of the discipline, determination, and work ethic you bring to everything you do. Whether you’re studying for an exam or competing on the court, you represent PHS well!
Congratulations on that AP 5—we have a feeling it won’t be your last! 🖤💛

🌟📚 Senior David Arizmendi wrapped up his junior year in impressive fashion, earning a 5—the highest possible score—on his AP Government exam!
But why stop there? 😏 This year, David is tackling THREE more AP courses along with a couple of concurrent-credit classes because, apparently, a regular senior schedule just wasn’t quite challenging enough.
Beyond the impressive transcript and test scores, David is simply a great kid. He’s hardworking, responsible, kind, and willing to put in the effort required to reach some pretty big goals. 🖤💛
Smart, driven, and an all-around outstanding Apache—David is the total package!
Congratulations, David! We’re proud of what you’ve already accomplished and can’t wait to see what you add to that record during your senior year. 🎓👏

🎨🌟 Stacia Guyse is one of those rare students who decided sophomore year was the perfect time to earn her first AP 5!
Under the guidance of the incredibly talented Mrs. Langston, Stacia spent the year developing a sophisticated portfolio that included multiple self-portraits and demonstrated her creativity, technical skill, and growth as an artist. Her hard work earned her a 5—the highest possible AP score—while she was only a sophomore! 🖤💛
And Stacia is just getting started. As a junior, she’s taking on FOUR more AP courses, continuing to challenge herself and build an already impressive academic record.
Congratulations, Stacia! We are so proud of your talent, determination, and willingness to tackle big challenges. Stay tuned, Apache Nation—we have a feeling there are more standout AP scores in this young artist’s future! 🎨📚✨

🌟📚 Shout out to PHS senior Eli Moudy, who earned not one but TWO 5s on his AP exams!
Eli earned the highest possible score in Coach Bartlett’s AP Government class AND Mr. Dean’s AP Precalculus class—two challenging courses that apparently didn’t give Eli much trouble at all! 💯
And he isn’t slowing down. As he begins his senior year, Eli continues to challenge himself with AP Biology and multiple concurrent-credit classes, building an impressive academic record while preparing for life after PHS.
This fall, you can also find Eli helping lead the PHS cross country team...or somewhere on campus reading an enormous textbook. 🏃📖😂
Congratulations, Eli! Your intelligence, work ethic, and willingness to challenge yourself make us proud. We can’t wait to see where all that hard work takes you! 🖤💛

🌟📚 Shout out to Cort Johnson, who earned not one but TWO 5s on his AP exams—the highest score possible!
Mrs. Storm, Cort’s AP Chemistry teacher, and Mr. Dean, his AP Precalculus teacher, are pretty excited about those scores, too. And they should be! AP exams are notoriously challenging...but apparently no one told Cort. 😏
Even better, he isn’t finished yet! Cort plans to tackle two more AP exams next spring, hoping to add to an already impressive record.
Smart, hardworking, and always ready for the next challenge—this young Apache has a very bright future ahead of him. Congratulations, Cort! We are incredibly proud of you! 🖤💛

Will they arrive five minutes late one morning? Head straight to the front of the cafeteria line? Decisions, decisions... 😂
Congratulations, Penn, Landon, and Kaleah! Thanks for paying attention, knowing the expectations, and starting the year off strong. 🖤💛

Nothing says “we survived the first week back” quite like a warm, gooey cinnamon roll waiting in the office. 😂 What a sweet treat and the perfect way to end a busy first week with our Apaches! 🖤💛
Thank you, Brown's Catfish, for thinking of our faculty and staff and helping us celebrate a great start to the school year. We appreciate our community partners—and we REALLY appreciate cinnamon rolls! 😋
