Senior Internship Spotlight!!
Baylee is a Human & Social Services Career Pathway Completer. She is working as a Career Practicum Internship student at Taco Villa!

Mrs. Ostendorf is the newest math teacher on the high school campus, and we’re thrilled to have her back in the tribe! 💛📘 She spends her day co-teaching alongside her math colleagues and leading her own classes in Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II. Fun fact: Mrs. Ostendorf taught at PHS years ago, and we talked her into coming back home—once an Apache, always an Apache! 🖤 #OurTribeStory

Mrs. Mobbs, our ninth-grade math teacher, pours her energy into teaching Accelerated Geometry and Algebra I. 📐✨ She challenges her freshmen with rigorous, engaging instruction and somehow keeps them smiling through it all. It takes brains, heart, and a little strength (wink wink 💪) to inspire students to work hard—and Mrs. Mobbs does it all! 💛🖤 #OurTribeStory

Shout out to Coach Stabler and Coach Guerra for an awesome 💗 Pink Out 💗 celebration! The volleyball team 🏐 swept Ozark in three sets, and the proceeds were donated to Sherry Cossey and Braden Qualls 🎗️. What a winning combo of Apache spirit, teamwork, and heart! 💪 #OurTribeStory

Mrs. Sullivan truly does it all! 💛 She teaches Statistics, Quantitative Reasoning, and the new AP Statistics class—bringing data to life for her students every day. 📊✨ When she’s not in the classroom, she’s leading the Color Guard and Winter Guard, creating choreography and running rehearsals nearly year-round. 🎶💃 And let’s not forget her legendary spreadsheets and her behind-the-scenes support helping Sully “do all the things” (IYKYK 😉). PHS is blessed to have her! #OurTribeStory

Mr. Dean teaches Accelerated Algebra II, AP Precalculus, and AP Calculus—often guiding the same group of students for three years in a row! 📘✨ His AP scores are among the best in the River Valley, a testament to his dedication and talent as a teacher. In addition to his math magic, Mr. Dean sponsors both Hope Squad, CSU, and the Chess Club ♟️—three groups that reflect his heart for problem-solving and people. And while his dad jokes may sometimes fall flat, he’s still one of the most beloved teachers on the PHS campus! 💛🖤 #OurTribeStory

When life takes an unexpected turn, the love of friends can bring the sweetest comfort. 💛 After one of our students was in a car accident, her amazing friends came together to create this thoughtful gift basket, filled with care, encouragement, and well wishes for a speedy recovery. 🧺✨
Moments like these remind us that kindness and friendship truly refresh the soul. 💕 #FriendshipGoals #KindnessMatters #GetWellSoon

Nathan is a Agricultural Power, Structural, and Tech System Career Pathway Completer. He is working as a Career Practicum Intern at Greenway Equipment!

Mrs. Braeutigam, our incredible Math Department Head, teaches Algebra II and Quantitative Reasoning—and she’s written her own curriculum for both! 📘✨ Working closely with her team, she ensures that PHS math content is both relevant and challenging for every student. Her countless hours spent teaching, tutoring, guiding, and cheering on her students make our school—and our entire community—a better place to be. 💛🖤 We’re so grateful for her dedication and heart for education! #OurTribeStory

Mrs. Riley “caught” Jason being good when he opened the doors for his classmates during the recent tornado and fire drills. 🚪👏 His quick thinking, respect, and helpfulness show what it means to have a true servant’s heart. 💛🖤Thank you, Jason, for taking care of others and representing the best of PHS! #CaughtBeingGood #OurTribeStory

Mr. Dewey “caught” Addie being good when she volunteered at the Faulkner County Fair—shearing sheep and lending a helping hand wherever needed! 🐑💪 PHS Ag students are always ready to jump in, work hard, and represent our school with pride. 💛🖤 Way to go, Addie! #CaughtBeingGood #OurTribeStory

This month’s Hope Squad theme focused on Connection, and members helped advisors lead activities and engage with classmates. It was the perfect reminder that working and playing together builds a stronger tribe! 🖤👏 #OurTribeStory
