On Tuesday morning, the PHS Camerata Choir took the stage for the annual Arkansas State Choral Festival!
This specific group of singers have achieved the following things over the past 9 weeks alone:
- ArkCDA Distinguished Academic Achievement Award Recipient with a collective GPA of 4.1!
- Superior ratings at BOTH region and state assessments.
- Superior rating on the "Music Literacy" portion of their annual assessment.
- Sweepstakes Award (Receiving unanimous Superior Ratings from ALL judges at both Region and State assessments)
And the most exciting of them all...
2026 4A Small Ensemble BEST IN CLASS!
We are so proud of our Choir Department and all of the hard work and dedication they have done to achieve these goals. Let's congratulate these choir students and their director, Mrs. Shellito-Stone, for earning some of the highest honors in the state!
