Mrs. Adkins "caught" J'Lexa Hayes being good when she helped out fellow student Bella Ussery in their history class. 📚 No matter how busy J'Lexa is (and she is busy, folks!), she always has time to assist a fellow Apache. 👏 Thanks, J'Lexa, for making our tribe better! 💛 #OurTribeStory

Ms. Jody gave a big shoutout to Dakota for his kindness and initiative! 🌟 On a rainy, windy afternoon, he volunteered to sweep leaves back through the gym doors—without even being asked. She ‘caught’ him being an excellent example of what it means to be part of our tribe! 👏💛 #OurTribeStory

🌺 AR Deadline is May 2nd-- Students, get a book and READ!!! 📚

Thanks for moving those heavy tables, Dawson and Brayden! 💪👏 We needed a spot for Coffee and Concession donations, and these young men stepped up. They’re pretty "good" Apaches! ☕🍩 #OurTribeStory

Let the promposal season begin! 🎉💃🍕 Callie asked Caden to prom in the best way possible—by offering two of his favorite things: dancing and pizza! We can’t wait to see this fun duo at our Tangled-themed prom on April 26! 🌟✨ #OurTribeStory

Pottsville High School is excited to welcome Bryan Hardaway as the new assistant principal! 🎉 We look forward to adding this newest member to our tribe in the fall and seeing the great things he’ll bring to our school community. Welcome to PHS! 👏 #OurTribeStory

A group of PHS Beta students brought history to life last Friday as they shared stories of Potts Inn and Pottsville lore with third graders! 📜🏡 The younger students had a blast—almost as much as the big kids! 😆 Huge thanks to Mr. Smith, Beta sponsor, and Emma Moore for making this exciting field trip a reality. 🎉👏 #OurTribeStory

PHS Hope Squad sponsored "Team Tuesday," encouraging students to wear their favorite team jerseys and work together through fun outdoor games like football and baggo. It was a great way to build school spirit and strengthen our sense of community! 🏈🎯 #OurTribeStory

It's a Gatsby Party! Students in Mrs. Brownlee's Junior English and AP Language classes completed an escape room to review The Great Gatsby Chapters 1-3. Groups names were Gatsby themed, such as "The Green Light Gang" and "The Flapperettes." Each group completed challenges on characters/setting, literary devices, and literary analysis.

🌟 **Congratulations to Pottsville’s Students of the Month!** 🌟
We are incredibly proud of these outstanding young ladies for their hard work and dedication:
📚 Maddie McKnight – PES
📚 Hadlee Ragland – PMG (February)
📚 Ana Hernandez – PMG (March)
📚 Hazel Doney – PJH
📚 Emberly Smith – PHS
Way to represent Pottsville with excellence! Keep shining! ✨ #OurTribeStory

Mrs. Sullivan's students put their Statistics knowledge to the test with a Barbie Bungee Jump experiment! Using calculations and data analysis, they predicted the perfect number of rubber bands for Barbie’s daring plunge. No Barbies were harmed in the making of this lesson, but we sure had fun watching her take the leap! 😆👏 #OurTribeStory

🎨💙 Team Unified is up to their latest shenanigans! These PHS students are hard at work on a **U for Unified** spring project. Mrs. Hare printed out color sheets, and students across campus added their artistic flair to show support for Unified. Love seeing our Apaches come together to celebrate inclusion and creativity! 💛👏 #OurTribeStory
